We’ll meet to understand your business, your users, and what success looks like. Together we’ll define requirements, align on priorities, and confirm what’s achievable within your budget and timeline.
Research
I’ll evaluate the design approaches best suited to your business goals and user needs. This includes reviewing competitor experiences, identifying gaps and opportunities.
Exploration

I’ll develop a range of concept directions and turn the strongest options into prototypes. We’ll review them together, discuss what’s working
(and what isn’t).
Visual Design

I’ll translate the chosen direction into polished, high-fidelity UI designed to your requirements and aligned to proven UX patterns, accessibility standards, and platform guidelines.
Validate & Refine
​
I’ll validate the design through usability and accessibility checks, then refine it based on what we learn. We’ll review the final solution to ensure it meets your business goals, with final adjustments made before handover.
Launch​
​
I’ll prepare a clean handover for engineering, including production-ready screens and specs. I'll stay involved through build and QA to answer questions to ensure the final product launches as designed.
